Area of application: This pad printing ink is mainly used for glass – metals – automotive – cosmetic – electrotechnical – domestic appliances.
Ink TO/04, the new pad printing ink for glass, metal and plastics.
With this new development, we again offer a modern, future-oriented ink system that is particularly environmentally friendly and user-friendly. Although it is a completely new ink series, the TO/04 ink integrates perfectly into Printing International’s existing range of pad printing inks. The ink TO/04 has a higher pigmentation, resulting in a significantly higher colour intensity. This high colour intensity is a great advantage for printing on transparent materials such as glass. Good opacity on glass with one single print!
One ink series and two different hardeners. Depending on the application and requirements, you can choose the suitable hardener. For glass and metal, there is the hardener TO HGLU and for most plastic substrates, there is the standard hardener TO H. Since the pad printing ink TO/04 can be processed with two different hardeners, it shows an exceptionally wide range of possible applications.
The ink TO/04 is very easy to process and has a very good ink transfer.
Does not contain aromatics, cyclohexanone, butyl glycolate, PAH, Solvent Naphtha

Area of application: This pad printing ink is mainly used for promotional items – drinking glasses, ceramic cups – cosmetic articles (perfume bottles) – stainless steel panels – chrome plated surfaces such as bathroom fittings (taps, shower sets).
