A titanium dioxide coating is not necessary, the surface of the tablet is not damaged without affecting its pharmacological composition. Printing International’s pharmaceutical pad printing division specialises in printing solutions directly on oral dosage forms. This means on both solid and some liquid dosage forms: pharmaceutical tablets, soft gel capsules, hard gel capsules, freeze-dried tablets, etc…. of any shape and any size.

COMPLY TO THE INDUSTRY STANDARDS

All materials which come into contact with the medication in the printing process, are made of FDA approved material.

Further internal validation processes are available as is the GAMP certification.

WATER-BASED FDA APPROVED INKS

Pharmaceutical products can be printed with water-based FDA approved inks in
addition to our standard and natural inks. Printing International provides specialized pad printing pads and pad printing plates, which makes it possible to achieve perfect printing results with these water-based inks.
