Toys pad printing solutions range from manual small-scale machines up to the largest high-speed fully automated SMART machinery. These machines offer a high degree of precision and accuracy, making them ideal for printing small images and fine details on toys. Pad printing allows printing on all kinds of surfaces: curved, convex, concave, where other technologies fail. This means that toy manufacturers can print with our pad printing machines on different types of toys, such as dolls, balls, blocks and much more, regardless of their shape and texture. Printing with our pad printing technology enables high quality and precision multi-colour printing and the modular design of our pad printers allows fast product/image design changeover, which results in high efficiency of the pad printing machines of Printing International and correspondingly high OEE values.
